Sounds like either a starter issue or a fuel pump issue. Something is seizing when warm and won't allow the engine to fire.

Any mods or is the engine and drive train stock?

Kinda sounds like a PCM issue to me.

    Have you scanned it?

sounds like it could also be a possible ground issue. I would start simple though and check fuel pressure when it does it to make sure you're getting fuel to the rail then go from there. I would go over your grounds and connections really good too. Pull the plugs on the pcm and make sure you don't have any corroded pins and things like that. Have you verified that it's firing and just not getting fuel or is it not firing either?

Some sort of odd heat soak issue... like 0rion said, start by checking your fuel pressure. LS engines will want 58 psi at the rail. After that, take a look at your relays, electrical connections and grounds.

Not ECM the issue is in the wiring. I only have 6-9 volts at the injectors it`s all over the place so its wire tracing time. Injectors will not fire voltage to low and after some sit time she will fire and we are only sitting for 15 min before restart. Weird thing is she started with only 4 volts at the injectors. With how this working out has to be a broken ground in the wire harness.
