Black- BLK TA modded 12.2@113mph
Vibration at 70mph plius did a lot any idea's
Well my car decided to start shaking the steering wheel doesn't shake Its deffinetely from the rear. What was done
New tranny ,balanced drive shaft, new rims and tires , installed 3:73 gears that made it worse of course loll with new bearings , checked tranny nounts all bearing engine mounts all good. Drive line angle is -1 I have UMI lca ,sfc, relocation brackets, phb.
Any idea;s ?????
The only thing I didn't do is the rotors those have approximately 15000miles the are the crossed drill and slotted R1 Concepts. So my thoughts now are maybe the yoke or the axles but I am sure tired of looking if anyone has been through this and has an idea I would greatly appreciate it
Thanks again

Yeah my buddy that had that problem was getting all these high cost estimates from here and there and all these elaborate reasons ( drive line, rear end etc) when at the end all it was WAS the U joints, its worth a try?

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
LSCyal8tr, 35th and myself discussed this last night. Could be the rear axles, or the pinion yoke. You might have to adjust your pinion angle. Are your LCAs adjustible?

Good to hear. And it was on the cheap as well.

Pretty much. I recall when I had my auto, it had no vibration beyond the one you get from having a poly trans mount. I used the aluminum driveshaft out of the M6 car I got the tranny out of that had over 230k on it. There was a 6 month gap between the auto going boom and the 6 speed hitting the road so I didn't remember how smooth the old setup was.
