VATS help
Okay so i lost my GM key and remote to my car. my car came with a offbrand copy (no remote though). And the key doesnt work in my car. It has a couple times but will not work every time like the GM key did.
So i need to bypass my vats. If my key doesnt work. How am i supposed to figure out which resistor(s) to use?
I use my multimeter to get a reading from the key and it doesnt read at all sometimes and sometimes it just bounces around a lot (nothing even somewhat consistent).
I went and bought a shitload of resistors because i was just planning on taking what i didnt use back, and i dont even think i got the right ones. The idiots at radio shack didnt even know what resistors were.
Any suggestions?
