Vacuum Leak from EGR
I thought i would have to buy the hose going from the plenum to the EGR then to the passenger side exhaust manifold.. @ $125 that better fix the problem right?
How I came to this conclusion was people here were saying there is NO gasket that goes to that pipe to seal it. They were wrong! Their IS a gasket, its PART # 70895. I'ts a FEL-PRO #. When you remove the one 10mm nut to remove the EGR pipe from the plenum, it sits underneath the metal piece at the top were the bevel is.
I did that, started it up, Prrrrrrrrrs like a kitten
If you have a vacuum leak there, check that gasket, a $2 part is a HELL of alot better then spending $125 on miss information
just my $.02
