    vacuum canister

    would i need one once i put a custom grind cam(224/224 .581/.581 114LSA)...oh besides anls6 oil pump, ls2 timing chain and a great tune..what else would i need to complete the cam process...in example...do i need to upgrade anything else to withstand the cam?



    basic mods i have are hedman headers and lid

    New heavy duty beehives, and I went with the chrome moly push rods too. Before you do the LS2 chain, think about an adjustable double roller though. Your rockers should be fine, as should your retainers, unless you'll be spending all day above 6500 RPM. A 112 LSA would give you a little more bump de bump idle, and since you're going to get a great tune anyway.....

    i wouldnt think u'd need a vacuum canister.

    I got a friend with a 228/228 .581/.581 and 111lsa (I think) and he has no vacuum issues at all. His brakes and everything work perfectly fine.

    No need for the trouble a dual timing chain can cause fitment wise.
    LS2 chain is proven and priced well.

    With that cam, you probably don't want dual springs. Too stout for that cam. Comp 918's (request newest batch) would work very well.

    Vacuum won't be a problem.
