Uncomfortable seats

Thats right, I hate the seats. Especially the backrest. It has such a huge lumbar support I just cant get comfortable. My ass and back cramped up for days after the long haul home from florida. I still find myself repositioning my seat almost everytime I drive it.

Anyone else? What can I do? Im broke or maybe just cheap, but I will not spend hundreds of dollars on racing seats for a street car. Besides the obvious ricer look, I dont know if a picture on an internet store site is going to be comfortable and is going to fit in the car. Im a mechanic by trade but interior upholstry is foreign to me. I searched breifly, but are there any write ups or how-to's on adding foam to the seats? Thanks!

hmmm I didnt think of that. Will the turd gen t/a seats swap or do I need 4th gen seats?

why would you put those ugly 3rd gen seats in your 4th gen camaro? they will fit, but not nearly as nice as the 4th gen t/a seats. i love the power lumbar and power bolstar, these seats are better than most aftermarcket seats.

The TA seats are definitely a LOT more comfortable that Camaro seats.

I'm 6'7"... and I can def relate to this problem. I can only adjust them so much. Now I guess I'll be on the lookout for TA seats...

does the t/a seat just bolt right on to the camaro bracket or whatever? and do they have the same wiring harness?

i do believe it is the same harness.. Sold my TA seats to a guy with a camaro, swap took less then an hour and everything plug right in
