I assume you have no problems stopping from speed Ed??

Mine doesn't, but you put down much more power.

So far so good. I expect to change out my rotors every year or so though.

Using stock rotors as well? I am still running the ones that came on the car. They have been turned once, but still have plenty of stop to them.

I just bought the stock ceramic pads front and back set for 108.90 including shipping.

Got the Baer DecelaRotors, drilled and slotted rears for 147.97 including shipping.

My car's got 62000 and I'm still on original rotors and pads. Still stop well, only problem is when I'm going really fast and need to slow down hella quick my steering wheel vibrates.

They may create more brake dust than the GM pads...and probably won't last as long.

ebc greenstuff pads are quite good from what i hear, otherwise theres nothing like oem. autozone as stated seems to be a really good deal for quality rotors for pretty much all cars. jus get their "high line" rotors when you go there.

If they are ceramic, they won't dust as much.

I like Hawk HPS and EBC's Greenstuff for performance and ceramic pads for daily drivers...

I did what Ed did. Just replaced my front rotors with autozone ones and used their ceramic pads. My stock rotors were warped. Easy fix
