Turn Signals Not Working On My 2000 WS6

I currently own a 2000 Trans Am WS6 6MT, and suddenly my turn signals are not working. If I hit the turn signals it just stays solid green in the cluster, instead of blinking. Sometimes the left blinker works but than goes back to being solid green in the cluster. Any idea what is going on? Thanks

Change DRL bulbs first and go from there. That's usually the culprit due to moisture. If that's not the solution then you have problems with the multifunction switch.

check the front bulbs like 02ws6 mentioned. they could be blown or the sockets corroded. If they are good is possible your flasher went bad.

replace the flasher (located behind the kick panel under the steering wheel. signals are on one side of the column, hazards on the other. i dont remember which is which)

Check the bulbs in the front and the back, if either are out, the signal wont work.

its not the bulbs, its either the turn signal switch or what m-1000 said. My front Bulbs havent been in my DRL for over a year and my flashers still work fine.

sounds like a flasher. it's just a circuit breaker that resets over and over. hence the flashing. 4 ways work?

Mine does the same thing and it was a blown right blinker bulb. Ive had to replace two bulbs in three weeks. Its starting to get old.

Also, check the ground wires on the radiator core support as they tend to rust and could lead to a short.
