Turn Signals

My turn signal lights are on but they are very, very slow to blink or dont even blink at all sometimes. Please help ! ! ! !

Most likely the flasher is dead.

Where is the "flasher" located at in the car & can I do it myself? Thanx

If memory serves me right, it's under the dash near the center, there will be two there, one for the 4 ways and one for the signals. Easy to do your self once you get in there.
