Tricky Idle Situation

So after getting my cars throttle body ported and polished ive been having nothing but problems with it...When slowing down and the car in nuetral the idle hangs around 1200 1500 rpms and the faster the cars moving the higher the rpm. and as soon as the car comes to a stop the idle comes down to normal...no check engine light...what can it be?ive adjusted the blades many times but nothing..Im stuck and ive opened the throttle body like 15 times...

Sounds like who ever did your porting did a horrible job. May have to find a stocker to get it to run correctly.

that guy did the worst job it does even look ported...i could prob do better with sand paper in 30 mints.. im gonna try to swap with his throttle body idkk.. any other suggestions?
