    Transporting or shipping a vehicle

Does anyone have any experience buying a vehicle and having it shipped to you?
I'm looking at buying a TA on the east coast and having it shipped to MN.
    Any recommendations?
    Experiences?

    Thanks!

I have bought and sold stuff multiple times accross country. I prefer to drive them but in cases where I haven't, I always use Intercitylines and haul everything enclosed. Most people don't want to pay for the added security and protection in which case I have no recommendations. Open carriers are always a crap shoot. If you go that route I wish you the best.

I know a guy in Fargo that hauls cars. He cares about em too. I can see if I can get his number if you decide to go for it. Prob best to send me a PM. It's hit or miss if I am on here every day.

I had my TA transported from West Virginia to Illinois. McNutt auto transport did it and I think it was around $450 if I remember right. I had to wait for them to have enough cars coming my way, and it was an open transport, but it arrived here in great condition.
