    Transmission or Fuel issue?

Ok here is my issue. My car has always ran rough when cold, so I understand that concept. The problem really bad when its cold however when my car warms up I still get a lose of power feeling in pretty much all gears, thats why I don't think it could be my transmission. Again I'm not a mechanic so...
If I'm real easy with the gas it won't happen, however when I want to kick the TA in the ass and floor it 50% its sluggish. I only put premium fuel inside, and not sure where I should start trouble shooting.

I have a Diablo Tune installed, I also reinstalled the factory tune for a few days no change. My only mods are Borla Cat back and a whisper lid. No other mods. Any help you can offer is greatly appriciated.

Sorry I should of included that information, the car has 82k miles on it. Last complete tune up was done right at 78k miles. So I'm not thinking its a tune up issue. However I friend I spoke to last night gave me a few things to check such as looking for a possible vacuum leak or getting some type of complete fuel cleaning system. However I don't think the $3 bottles at Auto Zone works so any suggestions on that?
