First thing to check is your torque arm mount on the side of the transmission - especially if you are still running the stock unit. After that, check the u-joints. If you are not timing your clutch action and shifts properly, you will feel it in the shift handle as there will be more resistance to the movement out of or into the next gear.

+1 with Jeff. You might also check your tranny mount, and engine mounts, and ensure they are ok. You might inpect the exhaust to see if it's not hitting somewhere as well.

The front of the torque arm inserts through a rubber bushing that is retained by a clamp on the side of the transmission. If it's bad, you'll see it sprung open, the rubber will be pushed out, or the bolt could even be missing. Like Knight mentioned too, check your transmission mount as they have also been known to fail.

One more thing about the torque arm lose. If it is you'll know it. It's very hard to miss or feel. Every bump in the road, shift or launching of the car that thing slaps against the floor boards. It feels like it hits your ass. Can scare the hell out of you when it first happens.

The only time I feel it is when I'm pushing the clutch down to go into second gear it's like it is a thug kinda sound not grinding gears just when I push down the clutch when it hits the intermission of not in gear

Where is this bearing at and how hard is it to change

The t/o bearing is inside your trans.slave unit sits on the driverside of trans BUT my guess was a wild one and i wouldnt spend any money until your diagnosed!!! Id break down and take it to a reputable shop in your area! You seem to have a problem that i think needs to be physically examined rather then trying to get answers online, Its really hard to interprete some things without really being their.Good Luck!!
