Throwing Codes
I have a 2000 ws.6, check engine light came on last week, so I disconnected the battery over night to reset everything. Being a cheap bastard I look for the quick easy fix first. Well it came back. I ran the code reader and got two codes.
P1416
MOD-$10
I know the 1416 is some kind of air check valve? Not sure where that is or even what that is. But I have never seen the MOD code. Any suggestions? ANyone have some diagram of where this air check valve is, and the same for whatever that MOD code is for too.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

I worked it out myself. I took the valves off both sides. They are both pretty caked up with junk. So I just ordered new ones. I paid 13 for one, and 18 for another one. Just cause I had them ripped off and I can get them delivered to my work and put them on before I go home. If you know you need to replace them, and got some time I suggest you go to rockauto.com. You'll pay 14 for both of them.
