throttle stuck???

i have a 02 ss with 45,000 mile tonite i had my cruise control on to check my ltfts. i had to stop at a red light but when i took off the i nailed it and the gas pedal was stuck. i shut the car off and on still stuck after 3 trys it went back to normal. wtf??? the throttle body or cables were never touched

the first thing I would do is pull the intake and tubing off to the throttle body and make sure the throttle body blade isn't gunked up and causing it to stick. Just clean the throttle body and return spring real good to get any dirt and oil out of there. Then I would make sure the cable isn't hanging on something and you might as well make sure the floor mats aren't interfering with your pedal.
