the car stays at 190-192 fan 1 set to come on at 195 2 on at 205 but they dont run,but then not hot out yet

I have heard about the royal purple coolant additive keeping the coolant temp. good and cool. Will that work in the same manner and would it have an affect on the pcm?

coolant additive is not needed, or wanted by any Extended Life coolant.
Plus, it has royal purple in its name, its 9/10 a gimmick.
