TB bumpstop mod questions
Is it absolutely nescesarry to have a scan tool when doing this mod? Can't you just wing it and be very cautious?

a handheld that data logs or displays live data....any of the tuner software like hptuners

I just performed the mod this weekend using the eye ball method. Seems you don't want to pass 87 1/2 degress on the throttle plate. I ground very slowly checking my work and held it to below horizontal (90 degrees) and have not experienced any problems.
