    Question Stupid pullies

    some (or maybe just one) of my pullies rattle nonstop, is there a quick fix or do i just need to get new ones. i am not even sure which one it is.

    the tensioner pulley bracket was a bit off on some 99's... mine was... there is a service bullitin some where about it but i suck at looking them up... i can't remember the exact details but it was something like a 8mm when it needs a 10 mm...

    Tensioners and idlers are always suspect. Easy enough to change, and usually pretty easy to identify. Take a small can of WD or similiar with a straw. Carefully hit each bearing surface until things quiet down. Whichever gets quiet for a little while is usually bad.
