did you hook da wires up right? sounds like your alternator is crappin out and not supporting the accesories like it should and taking the battery with it

if you can take it by a autozone, advance........ have them test the battery/alternator

This more thena bad alt, there is something messed up in the wiring. Regarding the fog lights, does it physicly bink or just dim in time to the flashes. If one side is dim and the other isn't that tells me there is possiblity of a bad a ground and the fact that the car wont start with the head lights on again tells of some messed up wiring.

Double check all the wiring. How long have you had the car? Was it fine before the starter replace ment? The more info the better.

That would be a good start if the fogs blink and everything in the passenger side is funny, yea something got damaged.
