    what do they look like. i just pulled mine, and they are weird, and rubber

    those dont look like them, i was just wondering because the stock ones caused oil to burn and they dont look like the factoy GM ones i bought that are a hard plastic with springs on them...

    theyre still at the shop. i will get a pic of them tomorrow. They were causing my car to smoke after i did the cam and valvetrain swap. I put double springs in and i guess they were a little too wide and they were being pulled to the top of the valve guide letting excess oil through which was burning out the exhaust. I bought the GM ones and it fixed the problem instantly. So i guess if you have rubber valve seals, replace them with the GM ones if youre going to do a valvetrain swap
