Stock seat belts with Corbeau seats
Just installed Corbeau VX2000 seats to replaced trashed stock seats. Very nice seats, but I'm having a hard time with the stock shoulder belt strap cutting across my neck! The stock seats have the should belt guide on the seat and (of course) there is no such bracket on the new ones. I don't really want to go to an aftermarket harness. Has anyone come up with a solution for a similar problem? Thanks!

Can you unbolt the seat belt and run it through the seat where aftermarket harness would go? may not look that good but that doesn't sound very comfortable....just a idea, i don't have much experiance with aftermarket seats.

Rocks, thanks for the reply. I could do that but it would still cut across my neck because the harness would go from upper left to lower right. I need something that holds the shoulder strap down so it comes across my left shoulder and not my neck...

you know if you spent all the money for the seats you might as well go for the 5 points. I love them in mine and they look great.
The person who owned it before me put them in and he had a shop do it for like 100 bucks for both the seats and the harness installed.

pepboys sells a 4pt harness, that you can order a 5th strap for if you want the "nut" strap... 49 bucks a side... just a thought
