speedo problems!!!

i swapped out my 4l60e in my 02z28 to a 6spd from an 02z and kept my 3;23s . my tuner downloaded his program and my speedo runs at aprox. half speed as compaired to the speedo on his dyno he applied my tire size ,final gear ratio 6th gear of .5, and rear gear ratio and said thats all he could do for it .we talked of different gear on tranny? could i have my high and low sensor wires swapped?? i thought this was an easy programm call. i'm changing the sensor tomorrow and will compare resistance of the two before i remove the old one . any ideas out there?? this my only flaw in my tranny/engine swap. help me oh great abundance of knowledge out there!!!!!

Not really sure, but the only thing that comes to mind is the vehicle speed sensor. Free bump.
