Ive got a 98 z28 and it tops out at 116 mph...pretty gay, huh? This is due the extremely retarded fact that i bought this car off some cheap as old people that didnt want the zr tires...(ok, maybe not cheap...i dont see a need for 160mph when youre 60+). but all else aside, i need to get this off bc it is driving me crazy. I know getting a handheld would take it off, but that costs a pretty penny that i dont have. so im open to any other suggestions. Thanks a bunch

Find a local tuning shop.
They can remove it for you.

Or a local guy that can tune your year car.
