NGK TR-55's are a favorite plug, and cheap.

For the SES the best thing is to get it read/cleared. Resetting the PCM will clear the light, but depending on what it is could come back on the next start cycle. If you want to give it a whirl...

Turn key on, don't start car
Pull PCM BATT and PCM IGN fuses in engine compartment
    Wait 5-10 min
    Turn ignition off
    Replace fuses
Idle will be grumpy until it relearns.

NGK TR55 plugs. Can't beat them. 3951 is the correct part #.
