im wonderin if anyone passed smog with the egr and airpump deleted from their computer and if not deleted than what???anyone please give me some feedback or pm me

If the diag tests for these functions are properly deleted in the PCM, then YES it will pass a scan ODBII inspection test

what do you mean by properly???do you know anybody that can delet them properly and how much are we talkin about???i know shops that can delet them and tune my computer but im not sure what u mean by properly..because the guy at the shop i talked to said that he isnt sure if it gona work if i jus delet them

well, I can speak for LS1 edit , but not other tuners. There are different parameters to set for each diag test, if you "X" it out, it turns the test off. It will not show up as "ready", but "N/A" and still pass. Any competent tuner using 'whatever' software should know how to do this. I can't help you on price, I do my own tuning. I was happy to see ODBII Emissions testing come on-board, since I don't have to worry about visuals, I can mod the crap out of my car and still pass.
