    Anybody know what SLP stands for? They don't even say on their website.

    It means Straight Line Performance... Due to the way these F-Bodies distribute their power to the back wheels in a way that represents how a dragster would do... Try taking a SLP Car to a road course... SUCKS

    well SLP sucks anyways, just got a bellow and didnt even fit!!!what a waist of money.

    I dont know about straight line performance, I know for a fact GM recessed the engines in the cars towards the firewall in order to balance the car for handling. For a v-8 rwd full size car they aren't bad on a street course, of course they aren't out cornering an nsx but in the straight aways they make up for it.

    I think it stands for shitty lame performance!! but I have also heard it called starting line performance flp is better though.
