SES light and problem

I'm starting on the easiest of the 2 cars. Car is a 99 Camaro SS. Have underdriven pulley, air lid, and Hypertech program in it. Everything was fine. Added SLP longtubes,offroad Y pipe and it has fake cats on it.( They look like the factory style but haven't got anything in them) And now the SES light comes on. Code comes up to a right O2 sensor, Hmmm. Ok, I had 1 out of a differnt LS1 motor also 99. Replace it. Same thing. Grabbed the second 1 and swapped it. Light goes out for about 3 minutes and then comes back on. So I said screw it and drive it on occasion thinking it might reset. Also tried unhooking the battery for a reset and the same thing. Now then, I'm told that all the hypertech program won't work if there's a code. And when the car is cold, it 140-180degrees it will run with no power. Then if you keep it down a little and build RPM's, it will brak loose and you feel like you hit a NOS switch. I'm thinking the program is bad, but how do you take it out with a code set? Or do I need to buy 1 more O2 and try that? It also has the rear sims on it, if that makes a difference. I hope someone can help. Car is stock besides thatand has 20,200miles on it.

Don't get me lying as it has been a few months back. I will run the car up to 1 of the local stores tomorrow and find out witch 1 it is again and post it.
