First make sure the wire is all the way on the plug and the coil, you should hear 2 clicks...the #5 plug is the 3rd from the front on the driverside. When's the last time the plugs were changed? Change them if it's been awhile, clear the code and see if it comes back. If it does i'd swap the #3 coil for the #5 coil....if the mis goes to the #3 cylinder then it's the coil. Some people would do the coil swap before the plugs...just personal preferance.

A misfire can also be caused by a bad fuel injector, if you find the problem does not lie with your ignition...

is it a constant missfire or intermittent ......if its constant pull the spark plug and see if it wet with gasoline...if it is wet you have a spark-coil-pcm problem...if its dry you have a fuel injection problem..such as bad injector or a cloged inlet screen on the injector. If its intermittent when does it misfire?
