    Sensor light

I'm having a little trouble here, let's start at the begining...
From the dealer I had a check engine light so i got it checked out. The result was a misfire on cylinder 7. By the time i got there for an appointment every cylinder was misfiring except 5&3.
They replced the wires and plugs and did an injector flush and everything was fine.
So i was stupid and bought one of those rip off internet chips and i wound up throwing the same code thinking it was making me right and i fouled the plug or something so i took it off.
Then i started throwing the same code intermittently, it would be on one day and off the next or even just on for a few hours.
Has anybody ever had that problem?
I'm thinking maybe the coil needs to be replaced?
I don't get to check the code everytime cause it is usually off again before i get the chance to.

Your going to have to catch the code while its on and post it up. Chips like the one you are describing are just a rip-off and you should try and stay away from them. If its doing the same thing as befor the stealer worked on it give them a hollar and dont mention the chip and see if they will take a look at it for free.
