Scanned my car today.. 3 different codes!! WTF?
Well I just got the car about a month ago and it seems to be running good.. Considering I have been beating everything that it should be beating about average so thats good.. but my SES light has been on for the past week and I decided to go scan it at O'Reilly's well... Just so happens it threw 3 different codes.. The exahust has a little bit of work done to it.. They added some 3" pipe right after that narrow skinny part in the stock exhaust and a different muffler.. Well the 3 codes it threw was the following:
P0430- Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
P0327- Knock Sensor 1 Circut Low Input (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P1415- Secondary Air Injection System (Bank 1)
I am pretty much clueless on any of these.. the 2nd looks like just a knock sensor that needs replaced, and the 3rd.. Maybe the air pump (smog pump)?.. I have no clue on the first one.. Maybe you guys have had the same problems.. lemme know how to fix it! Thanks guys

For the catalyst system, my guess is you have a bad o2 sensor. Try replacing that and see if that clears up the issue.

p0430 means your cat isn't doing its job in most cases the cat needs to be replaced GM has extended the warrantry on cats (2000-2002 f-bodys) under a special coverage policy to 120,000 miles if you have under 120K on your car call your local dealer maybe you have that cat replaced for free
p1415 your car has an air pump that puts fresh air into the exhaust pn start up to help the cats lite off what p1415 means is the drivers side exhaust is not getting air its most likely the check valve is stuck closed

You have a bad passenger side cat, you have a knock sensor not working and you have removed your air pump without having the code for it turned off yet to sum up all 3 codes. The air pump code is no real concern, and getting the cat code fixed shouldn't be an issue either. You need to get the knock sensor issue taken care of ASAP though.

If you still have AIR the P1415 is a clogged drivers side air check valve - get one from a local parts store and replace it yourself - easy, GM PN is 12565503. You have 2 knock sensors under the intake, if you have to replace the front one I'd replace the back one too. Dealer should cover the bad cat. You can look up the codes/diagnostics for your year at gearchatter.com

Like everyone else is saying...probably a bad check valve(if the whole A.I.R. was removed you'd have more codes) bad driver cat and a rusted out knock sensor.
