    Request feedback on fuel pumps!

Hey guys, my fuel pump is on the brink of kickin' the bucket and I am looking for a new one. I have currently a Walbro 255 lph race pump. I wanted to know what others people are usin out there and that they might recommend. I like the Walbro pumps they are great (when they work ) I have now gone through two of them. The problem seems to be over heating of the pump.

So If you have something other than stock and like what you have gimme a response it will much appreciated! Thanks!

Never let your cars gas tank get less than 1/2 full and you won't have a overheating problem. I'm still on my stock one.

Ok thanks for the info I'll try that from now on. From time to time I let my tank go low but not very often.

Well guess what? I recieved my Granatelli Fuel pump yesterday, as i opened it to check the parts. The fuel pump is a Walbro fuel pump in a Granatelli kit. So i end up with the same pump afterall.

not to jack the thread but those of you that have the racetronix kit, does your pump whine after 30 mins of driving? Mine do and is only 8 months old. They told me its normal for it to do that. can anyone confirm? thanks.

    Probably paid double too....

Racetronix also uses a Walbro pump.

I think my pump is getting pissy with me after 5 years. That works for me.
    I have the Racetronix kit.
