how can i remove my front door panels for speakers

Remove all the screws - they should all be phillips heads, and you may need a longer driver. After that, you should be able to move the panel enough to remove the plastic slide lock piece. Then the panel should lift up and off. There will be some wiring attached, if you have power windows and locks. You can unplug the harness to remove. I'm doing this by memory, but I think that should do it.

Walt is correct, there are 4 screws total using a #3 head. You also have a #2 phillips head for the door handle panel and the panel that covers the access to the mirror screws. If you forget to take this piece off you'll crack the panel.

Here is the other panel I was talking about. Also be careful when re-installing them, overtightened can cause them to crack too.

This is the last big screw, it is under the door handle panel.

Too add to the good advice...

I would unplug the power locks/ windows before attempting to remove the panel.

Also, this would be a really good time to take measures against the panel cracking, if the haven't already.
