    Rearend clunk/thud...

Doesnt do it all the time. Sometimes a hard bump or a soft one and it will do it. Sounds as if someone is smacking the bottom of the car with a rubber mallet. Just put in BMR LCA's. Any ideas its diving me batshit crazy.

Check the tranny mount first. Then I would check the torque arm mount attached to the tranny.

I just put in a brand new Energy Suspension tranny mount a month ago. Didnt think about the torque arm though. Checked the panhard bar also and the bushings in it seem ok though. Maybe shocks?

Tighten the LCA front bushings. They are naturally loose on the bolts, but are held from rattling by the bolts pinching them in place. You cannot tell if it is loose without disconnecting it from the axle mounting point. The bushings do not have to be in position before tightening like front control arm bushings. I had this for months -it drove me crazy. All better now.

I thought I tightened them good when I put them in but I will go back and double check them along with the other things mentioned. Thanks guys.
