    Re-keying ignition

    My brother has an 84 buick electra (basically same thing as a regal or olds cutlass) and it hasnt been on the road in 3 years. He's trying to sell it but we cant find the keys or the spare keys anywhere. Can a locksmith make a new key for this ignition or should I just go to a junkyard and grab a new igniton with keys...?
