ram air
i am just wondering if most of the ram air hoods on most of the cars on here are actually functunal my car has a huge k&n filter thatfits the hood just curius
when i figure out how to post pics i will

Open a free account at http://www.photobucket.com and upload the pics from your computer. Then simply copy and paste the [IMG] code from your pics on Photobucket into your post here.

The "Ram Air" hood is more of a cold air intake then ram air. There is very little to zero pressure build up (Ram effect) cause by the hood itself.

u say hood to airbox seal is nonexistent but my car has that

^^ Been there -- done that. Once your pic is uploaded, you should see some lines of code beneath each pic. Find the [IMG] code (bottom one if I remember right) and click on it to highlight it. Then right click on it, select "Copy" and then go back to the message you wish to post the pic in here. Right click again and select "Paste". You can then preview your post to make sure your pic shows up before submitting it.

No problem. You can add up to 15 pics in a single post -- just go back and forth and add the pics one beneath the other.
I have never checked out a '98 under the hood so this was educational for me. That is totally different how the airbox mates to the bottom of the hood.

yea thats why ive been looking at all the cars on this site i bought mine like it sits for 8500 a year ago with 54000 original miles i dont have a clue what the person before me done to it btw it books for 11500 according to my banker
