    Thumbs down Radiator Hoses

As my engine is finally about to go back in the chassis, I am attending to final details. My 2001 Z28 has 108,000 miles on it. The radiator hoses look good, but since I have the engine out I am thinking that I might as well replace them.
    Two Questions:
    1. How long should the OEM hoses last?
    2. Who makes a good replacement set?

I have been searching for an upgrade. Goodyear does not make a High-Miler set for my car. Samco makes a replacement set for a 1998 LS1 Camaro. They do not list anything for later model years. Are there differences in the radiator hoses between 1998 and later years? If anyone knows of a good replacement upgrade for my car I would appreciate the input.

I would just pick up some Oem hoses and call it a day.
Should last clear over 100 thou miles.

im speaking on my own opinion and experience here:
aftermarket serpentine belts suck...i bought one for 40 bux and kept slipping off when at wot...and about the hoses..i replaced the lower one for an auto zone one..its still good for 9000 miles

I checked all the OEM and aftermarket part numbers. The part numbers are the same from 1998-2002. So I ordered the Samco set from Summit racing. They claim to be stronger and more durable than the stock hoses. I checked with the guys at Method Motor Works, and they recommend them. They will be delivered Monday and I will let you know how they work out.
    Thanks for the input!
