    Question about add-ons?



    I have a 2000 TA. I have cam work, 4:11 gears, 3500 stall, heads, air intake, and run on slicks. Im shooting 125 Shot and only running a 11.6 @ 119MPH. First is that a good time for all the work I have done and also do I need to do more bolt-on work. I have talked to others who have only bolt-ons that are running faster then me. What am I doing wrong? Also should I do the pulleys, injectors, and throttle body or not?

    what kind of exhaust are you ruining? what suspension do you have? what is done to your transmission? If you have no exhaust get some with Long tube headers. If you have no suspension done get that it is a must have for our type of cars like torque arm, rear lower control arms, pan-hard bar, sway bars, shocks now these can help a lot if you get the right ones QA1 sells some of the best Ive see for drag racing and road racing, Springs get a low rate rear springs so your car can squat and grab better here is a good site for suspension ----> http://www.bmrfabrication.com/F-bodySuspension.htm by the way read the article on the QA1 shocks on this site it will clue you in on them better. If you have not done anything to your transmission I would get it beefed up and get a billet servo, trany cooler it will help save your trans, trans go shift kit man this helps for some quick shifts, basically you just have to try and equal everything out a bit, all of this will help out a lot.
