problem with drl/ turn signals
i have a 99 trans am that is having some problems with the drls, they will not turn on and the front turn signals do not light up as well. sockets are dry and clean, no moisture. changed out drl module and two different sets of bulbs and still have the same problem. the rears blink just fine. anyone have any other suggestions. i did find two modules behind the radio. one was a little higher up while the one i changed out was to the right of the radio. is this the correct one or is the drl module the one that sits higher up.

The DRL module will have two wiring harness's going into it, one with a black connector and the other with a blue, its attached to the backside of the vent.

The turn signals are the dark blue wires at the socket.

Your DRL's will not work if the emergency brake is on. Not sure if that affects the turn signal also. Might check that switch.

got it fixed. it was a big mess that took some time to figure out. thank you cutlass for all your help. the module was fried which cause the blue wire to melt. the part that melted was wrapped in electrical tape which is why i couldnt see it,
