Problem after porting TB
Me and a buddy ported his TB on his 2007 Tahoe Friday. We also installed a GM CAI. Well, it threw codes for throttle read, and went in to "safety" mode.
Any idea why? Too much air in a very sensitive motor?
No one around here has the software to tune a 2007 Tahoe yet, so we cant get it tuned for more air yet. His handheld cant tune, but it can clear the codes, but they just keep coming back each time we start her up.

only one sensor on the side, and yes, it went back on. The dealer is saying that the computer won't read the TB, says its too much computer work for them to fix. They want to charge him 450 for a new TB.

Allen Nelson came to the rescue! This guy is first class all the way. We got to drive the PCM up to San Antonio, and he was able to read and tune it on the bench. Got it back home, and after a little TB blade massage, the thing was running great.
Allen, thanks again
Anyone who needs a tune, needs to call Allen Nelson, this guy knows his shit
