preventative maintenance

my cars mileage is getting kinda high (140000). it still runs great and i want to keep it like that. is there any maintenance, other than the normal stuff, anyone thinks i should do that they have noticed goes wrong on othe LS1 engines (timing chain, etc.)? thanks.

fuel filter, air filter, plugs, trans flush, timing, clean her up nice and good. im not too far behind you. got 105k on mine. this is the time frame when alot of censors start going, if they havent already.

ive done pretty much all that. what do you mean by timing? do you mean the chain?

chain, belt, check it replace it if freyed

Flush the coolant.

wash & wax her. clean the uder carraige. take of of her, she'll take care of her. if not....then salvage yards await her.
