Hi all, I have a 2002 C5 Corvette that is a dedicated track car. Its a 383 stroker with mild cam, head work etc, restricted oil pushrods and I have a good amount of crank blowby. I have catch cans installed on valley cover, and both valve covers.
I understand that ill gonna get blowby no matter what, as it lives at hi rpms and big side loads.
I installed a vacuum/pressure gauge on pax side valve cover and notice a spike in pressures, but only in the corners. Straightaways at full throttle I see no spikes.
Im suspecting oil is getting built up in valve covers and plugging up catch can oil lines.

Any thoughts on helping oil drain back into crankcase? Ive heard of drilling holes in lifter trays? Grinding to enlarge areas in the heads where oil drains? Improved Racing performance windage tray? THX ALL Brian....
