Possible to replace Insides of driversside mirror?
My manual mirror broke. Seems like the cable snapped. I can't adjust it and for the meantime i have a ball of duct tape stuff behind it to make it useable. If I buy a power mirror with housing can the insides be taken out and replaced etc?

im having a similar issue ... the glass itself is jiggling but it's power, i don't want to replace it bc of the blue tint on the glass but what various things could be the issue behind the glass?

can't a power mirror be pushed in place manually? i don't need the switches because I don't have power mirrors or anything. I just want a mirror i can push into place and leave it be. I'd just snip the power wires off.
