    Popping Window?

I don't know if any of you have run into this problem before. when i either roll my window up or down from the fully open or closed positions, there is a loud pop, then the window proceeds to move. It almost sounds like the motor is jumping a tooth or something. I have taken the door panel off and watched it go up and down and it seems to push the door panel out into the cockpit a bit. Is the motor or something not tight enough? I have a vid I can upload if that will help out.

Sounds as if it is binding up and releasing the tension by pushing out in any other direction. Try lubing your regulator and window tracks. Your motor or regulator could have a bad/broken tooth or the flexing is causing it to slip out.
