Plug wire recommendations for my LT-1....

Camaro has slight drony vibration at idle and at certain speeds with power pretty strong with slight sluggishness on the low end . Electronics (GM Opti, NGK plugs,..etc) are all new with exception of spark cables which are around 8 months old (Discount Auto brand) and discovered a "current flow" glow only around where all (passenger side) 4 spark plug cables connect to the factory wire loom. Doesnt glow or arc anywhere else, just there...looked pretty cool to. Figured I was loosing spark so Im replacing them with larger 10.2 Vision wires from PCMforless. Any thoughs on my issue or suggestions for me....

You could try those wires. If you are seeing light inside a wire, then it sounds like the insulation is erroding, which isn't good. That is IF I read your description right. Keep us posted.

In my personal experiences i like Taylor thundervolt 10.4, and MSD super conductor. Those look like good wires from pcmforless.. but dosn't advertise the ohms per ft... at least with taylor and msd they do,,,,, and for the same price or less. just my two cents.. good luck

Cammed Goat, you read it correct and agree with you. I sprayed water on it to see if it will arc or short during idling but nothing happened. I did notice where the wires crimp down on the factory loom was made of aluminum (spark inducer?) and squeezed into loom pretty tight. This is the only place where the energy of the wires are glowing. So, I am going to re-route those wires and see if the same effect happens......my new science project. Ordered my 10.2 mm wires already on ebay.........Discount Auto 7mm wires suck! I appreciate everyones help here, thanks again.
