    Plug question....Bosch Platinums any good?

I want to do a tune up on the Formy the coming weekend, I'm going to go with MSD wires, but not sure which plugs.

I've heard alot about Delco or NGK Iridiums, but what about Bosch Platinums? I ran those in my old Chevy pickup and had good luck with them. Are they any good in our cars?

If not, is there a difference betwee nthe NGK's or Delco's?

    Thanks!

Just get the normal NGK's tr5's, don't bother with Iridium plugs or Bosch platinums.

What kind of plugs are those, just regular copper?

I kind of wanted platinum or something that will last a while, it looks like a PITA to do these plugs, I don't want to have to do them again for a LONG while.

if you have after market headers it will make the job easier. NGK r 55 are very good plugs. I use NKG R6 because I use N2O

NGK TR55 if you want to change every 12K.
    NGK Iridium if you don't.

Iridiums it is....I'm all set with changing plugs that often.

Completely stock car, btw. Headers won't be coming for a long while.

I ran MSD wires for a long time on my Jeep, no problems at all with them. They had close to 70k on them when I replaced them.

Oh, and thanks for the info!

I tried the Bosch Platinums once... They seemed really cold... Next day I went back to NGK's... That's my plug of choice !
