does anybody have the procedures on how to wire your fan to a source so that when you turn the car on the fan turns on.

You can buy an aftermarket fan switch from SLP. I'd recommend that before I would recommend splicing into the harness. There was a guy here in town that did it the cheap way and it fried 2 or 3 of his PCMs.

I've had the SLP fan switch for years, plug and play. You don't want the fans on continually just because the car is running.
