Pcm sending little signal to fuel pump relay

i have a 98 camaro z28, im leaning towardfs a pcm at this point which sucks, i have power from the fused line to the relay, i have ground, but no 2-3 sec power from pcm, its very dim power and for like a half of a second, tested the drk green/white right out of the pcm and it did the same thing just short little power when key turned, the pumps good cause it runs when i jump it in the relkay box from 12v to pump sockets, the car just died one day and then would start stall start stall like it ran out of gas, put gas in and towed it home and never ran again, please someone help

Did you swap out pump relays? Check the connections for corrosion? If you run a bypass will the car run?

switched all 4 the relays in that box to see if it was a bad relay none of them change, like i said my problem is theres not enough power coming from the pcm, there should be a 2-3 second power to prime the pump and all im getting is a quick flash with a test light even did it right at the pcm to see if a wire shorted out and still the same quick flash, the pump and everything is still out of the car i did the trap door method but yes if i bypass the relay the pump with run

Without referencing the service manual for a diagnostic procedure I would recommend checking the wire runs for abrasion or damage, then disconnect the battery and pull the connectors from the PCM. There have been instances where the pins in the connectors have corroded or broken off.
