    Parial air blows into cabin

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking for the reasons that only part of my ventilation would be blowing. Trying both, the air conditioner and the heater, I only get air blowing on the feet and the upper dash/windshield. The vents that are face/body level are not pushing any air out, at all.

    Thoughts?

Bad switch or vacuum line would be my guess.

    Yep
Broken or disconnected vacuum line is pretty common. the vacuum line comes from the back of the intake manifold and runs over to the passenger side towards the PCM.

Anyone have a pic of what I should be looking for? I thought maybe I had not replaced a connection when I replaced my water pump last week, but everything appears to be clicked & clipped.

It goes to the rear of the intake, Real small, black plastic vacuum line. From there, it comes out toward the AC box on the passenger side. If it's hooked up, it still may be the selector control in the dash. All mine has been removed, so, no pics from me. Just mental ones ! LOL

There is a pic of the back of the intake, the port on the left of the pic is the one for the brake booster line. The small port under the MAP sensor (the right port on the pic and the smaller one) is the one that goes into the firewall to the A/C controls. There is a small 3 way valve between the intake and the firewall. Hope this helps you.

Here's another pic of part of the vacuum line and check valve. It may vary from year to year...
