P0135 o2 heater performance bank 1 sensor 1
P0171 fuel trim system lean bank 1
P0161 02 heater performance bank 2 sensor 2
P1133 02 insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1
Get your rear 02s tuned out. Consider HPTuners ($500-650 )over a handheld if you have the cash (and a computer, preferably a laptop), as it will be alot more useful for you in the long run. You can trick the PCM until then, by putting a spark plug fouler in the hole, then putting the rear o2 in the fouler. It allows the o2 sensor to heat up normally, but spaces it back where it won't sense your cats are toast. Like this: http://www.srtforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=93604

35thAnniZ28--- congrats?? sweet man ! did i win anything? oh ya, i won some lights... SES lights lol
sweet info man.. ill definitely try this tomorrow. some one from LS1tech said that P0135 and P1133 refer to my 02 sensor and it will need to be replaced.. do u agree with that? or can i just use the fouler for now and it will get rid of all the codes i have?
i think i will get a HP Tuner, but not for a while. saving up for a whole new paint job right now..

a couple of noob questions....
the link also says SRT-4's use the 18mm size... will that fit in ours too? and correct me if i'm wrong, but these are meant for the rear 02 sensors after where the cats would be, and not for the 02 sens before the cats right? that means we will have to use both foulers?Last edited by VtecDis; 10-30-2007 at 06:44 PM.

I'm not sure what size ours is in mm exactly, but you can check them at the parts store with your old or a new o2 sensor from stock. The front o2s are for fuel mix, the rears are to check for cat effectiveness. The rears are the ones that you space, not the front ones. The front ones need to get accurate readings to keep fuel mix right.
Your front o2 may need replaced, could be damaged or worn. The fouler trick will keep your rear o2s from setting a code. HPTuners is great for performance and diagnostics. Excellent investment.
(sorry to take so long replying, I'm in a remodel project right now...)

just to clarify, p0135 and p0161 refer to my rear 02's right? and the p1133 is referring to my front driver's side 02 which needs to be replaced? if get the rear 02's tuned out, can i reuse them on my front driver's side 02 instead of buying a new one??
