Opinion - ideal 02 sim lead lengths
It obviously wasn't too hard to figure out what would work for most stock vehicles but with some of the header and exhaust combinations you guys tend to come up with we'd like to cover all bases before we finalize our O2 sim design.
The unit will consist of a small cast aluminum box, 2.1 X 1.5 X 1.1, and will have a male and female connector such that it can be inserted "in series" with the cable that normally goes to the first O2 sensor.
It will also have a third connector on a longer cable which plugs into the connector that used to go to the 2nd O2 sensor.
The small box, which houses the logic circuitry, doesn't weigh much but would benefit by having the ability to glue or tie wrap it to something nearby. (obviously not the downpipe)
In addition to the wiring to it the third connector has a small 5W resistor on it to simulate the heater circuit of the (now absent) 2nd O2 sensor.
What lengths of cables do you think would be best for:
1) 1st O2 sensor to the 2.1 X 1.5 X 1.1 box?
2) 2.1 X 1.5 X 1.1 box to the vehicle's plug that originally went to the 1st O2 sensor?
3) 2.1 X 1.5 X 1.1 box to the vehicle's plug that originally went to the 2nd O2 sensor?
If you feel there may be a need for different lengths for the two banks let's try and stick to the longer of the two so we don't have to make these up as right side and left side - unless of course you really feel that would be an advantage.
Your help on this will be greatly appreciated. We will of course make custom ones on request but let's try and come up with a decent idea of lengths that would make the best univeral one we could sell off the shelf.

Here's s semi-sorry image I drew up, very little image software on this particular PC but you might get the idea.
We're wanting to know what everyone feels is best for the lengths X, Y & Z
